About ODGII
ODGII designs and manufactures capsule houses and modular cabins for resorts, developers, and private owners. Our units are prefabricated in factory conditions with a higher level of integration across structure, envelope, glazing, and MEP, giving projects more controllable quality and shorter on-site schedules.
We organize scalable production around standardized service cores and delivery documentation, making maintenance and expansion easier over time. Lightweight foundations, reversible installation, and climate-adaptation packages allow the product to be optimized for cold regions, coastal salt-mist, high-altitude UV, and high-wind or seismic zones.
